i think u cant understand.. see if we are on the first workspace the small
rectangle is on it..i mentioned it in the screenshot.
so if we move to the second or third workspace this small rectangle should move
to the second or third workspace mentioned in the launcher in 4 parts.

So the problem is that when your on the 4th desktop, the workspace
applet does *not* show 4th desktop, but instead remains on the 1st
desktop?
If that's the problem, I can't reproduce here. Marking as incomplete for
now.

while forth work space is working but in the pannel in work space option the
rectangle is on 1st work space
it must be on forth part of work space
