Works for me.
Note that the need to do dpgk-reconfigure before the package will work
at all is not mentioned in the docs that I can find, so I think that's a
separate bug. I'll take care of that.

I did not previously have qpsmtpd installed and so I was installing the
proposed version from scratch. When setting up qpsmtpd I got the
following warning:
adduser: Warning: that home directory does not belong to the user you
are currently creating.
qpsmtpd did not run.

0.32-3ubuntu0.1~proposed1 version "WorksForMe" ;-).
(tested on Ubuntu-edgy machine here, now using instead of
qmail-smtyd-via-xinetd).
After rebooting system, I can still happily email in both directions etc. and
all still works...

The attached debdiff (qpsmtpd_0.32-3ubuntu1.debdiff) simply adds the 3
lines to the init-script and changes the version from "0.32-3" to
"0.32-3ubuntu1".
I understand that for changing debian/, changing the files directly is
better than using a dpatch, Hence this is a simple debdiff.
