I've referred to this bug in bug #851575, and I think the solution proposed
there should work for this bug.
I believe the purchase notification processor should:
- Allow the nagios checker to notice when something went wrong in a run (not
only if the processor is still running)
- Attempt to con
LOSAs gracefulled our SCA frontends at 2011-05-03 08:06UTC which forced
sca to create a new LP api service connection. Purchasing is now working
as expected (I just purchased Monster RPG).

Actually, I just checked some of the expired payments from the above
pastebin, and it seems that the Bibit backend takes around 4 days to
expire the non-captured payments:
