example the graphics card and the used driver is interesting for the
compiz guys.

Sorry, the problem happened with Blobby Volley too. It's possible to
change the bug to unity/compiz?

Because it only happens with Mupen. Other applications or games that
change from fullscreen to windowed mode don't have this bug.
