mutter installs .gir files incorrectly

Debian specifically install the gir there. See version 3.0.2.1-2 at
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/m/mutter/current/changelog
Perhaps this is an upstream bug but I don't really understand what's
going on here.
