I have the same bug.
when computer wakeup, the bluetooth mouse disconnected everytime.
and I must make a pair of them, but after wakeup again, the bug returned.
the hardwares are tested and no problems.

Same thing happens to me. I'm using the bluetooth USB adapter coming
with my mx 5500 revolution. By replugging the adapter, I can actually
manage to reset the bluetooth.

Easiest way to restore bluetooth functionality that I've found after
hibernation is this command: sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart

MSI Xslim x340, Ubuntu 11.04. Almost the same. When I try to switch on
off and on bluetooth from applet, it tryes to on but hungs . Menu is
active, and I can switch off again but when I'm pressing switch on
button, button becames grey and nothing happened after. Works fine after
reboot but brokes
New info. Strangely, I can get to work internal bluetooth after laptop
wake up by inserting external dongle. And I'm not sure, whether it works
always or not.
