Binary package hint: shutter

When I create a screenshot using the advanced selection tool, the
shadows behind some windows are exaggerated to the point of being opaque
black bars. This is not just a cosmetic issue, but a functional one; see
the attached screenshot in which a black bar obscures a window title.

This problem does not happen when using the simple selection tool.
