Binary package hint: mysql-navigator

To reproduce:
Start MySQL Navigator and connect to the database containing non-latin UTF-8 
entries.
Select the table with non-latin entries.

What happens:
All non-latin UTF-8 characters are substituted with '?'.

What i expect to happen.
UTF-8 should be displayed as is.
