Problem solved!
The problem was solved with an erase/format of the pendrive and re-
installation of the installer application.

and report back as to whether or not the MD5

Seems tha you don't have sufficient memory.
If it's size is more that 500 MB then please run a memory test, by pressing
left shift at boot and selecting memory test
