Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-weather

I've used indicator-weather from Ubuntu Software Center for some time
now and found one easily reproducible and annoying bug: the indicator
does not refresh automatically if you suspend with it running and resume
from suspend. It just stands in the panel with the last available data
it received prior going to suspend. By the way, indicator-weather
returns to normal automatic refresh cycle if you refresh it manually.

I am on Wi-Fi connection to the Internet so you are not immediately
connected after you resume from suspend. I assume it might be one of the
important conditions for the bug to occur as I have not tested for the
presence of this bug on wired connection.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Run indicator-weather or have it running from startup.
2. Be connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi) so the indicator is able to get new
weather data.
3. Suspend.
4. Return from suspend.
5. As the time passes indicator-weather does not refresh automatically but it
should (in my case every 15 minutes).
