I remove the file (with sudo nautilus), and after : sudo apt-get update.
And i can't update yet :s .
db@Db:~$ sudo apt-get update
Ign http://pt.archive.ubuntu.com natty InRelease
Ign http://pt.archive.ubuntu.com natty-updates InRelease
Hit http://pt.archive.ubun
can you remove the file
/var/lib/apt/lists/pt.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_main_binary-i386_Packages
and try the upgrade again.
You need admin privileges in order to remove that file.

Thanks. The content of the file is a reply from your local router saying
that the file is not accessible from the remote server.
You can workaround it by running the following command from a terminal:
$ sudo apt-get update
Then trying to run update-manager again.
