I cannot reproduce this bug anymore since I reseted and redid my compiz
configuration. Seems it was an incompatibilty between the mouse events I
configured for different compiz plugins.

Hi Bilal, thanks for the response. This happens definitely on 3d and I don't
understand where the 2d traces come from ...
The only thing I modified was some extra shortcuts in compiz for viewport
switching ... mouse scroll wheel is NOT defined as an action button, so this is
a bug. What info
unity-2d tag shows that its installed, running-unity shows that unity-3d
is running in the session. unity-2d tag doesn't make sense though, it
should be only shown if unity-2d is running

I can't reproduce this on Unity 3D. You seem to be running Unity 2D (but
apport has printed out Compiz Gconf settings, weird). Opening a task for
unity-2d
