Carla Sella, this issue is confirmed in Ubuntu 11.04 (non-Unity),
LibreOffice Draw via the Terminal:

Fit-to-Page view scrolling up and down was very sluggish. As a

I forgot to point out that I have the problem only on PC's with UNITY 3D, on a
VM with UNITY 2D I do not have this problem.
