I can confirm that too. Huawei E1820, amd64. After 5 minutes plasma
starts to work normally, but I'm unable to reconnect. The same occurs
with VPN connections, so it must be nm-manager plasmoid bug.

Same happens here with Tele2 Broadband with in Networkmanager "connect
automatically" selected.
Some Bug??!! Whatever is regarded as stable nowadays Every operating
