please switch over to driver rt2800pci. To do so blacklist the rt2860sta module
of the rt2860 driver:
Check whether the file you are going to create does not exist already:
less /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-rt2860sta.conf
No such file? Good, proceed to:
echo 'blacklist rt2860sta' | sudo t
