I'm not sure whether it needs to be processed, or if it does how. The
Ubuntu buildds currently use pkgmaintainermangler to automatically set
the Maintainer and Original-Maintainer fields for binary packages, and
MOTU have been instructed to manually modify for source packages, but I
don't know how
