I just checked and the Hungarian version of the sound settings is
completely a mess. The name of all sound and event are the same and the
play button doesn't work. Screenshot.

Where do you see these names? Is it in the "sounds" tab in
gnome-sound-properties?
They are different in Intrepid...
Also the filenames in /usr/share/sounds/ubuntu/stereo are completely
different from the above description...
