I am quite sure that this is a duplicate of Bug #776435 (compiz package, can
be reproduced with 10.04 too)
But I do not know how compiz is connected with unity to get a clear separation
here.
Please take a look at my comment. (why I think this was not a problem in the
pre-unity ubuntu
