I would be interested in this, too. Is there a reason why Drafts and
Sent folders can be customised, but others like Trash or Spam cannot?

That's probably better to not use a spec for that, specs should not be
the way for every small upstream wishlist, only for complexe topics that
need plannification on a cycle
