Public bug reported: Binary package hint: sylpheed
Not sure if this is by design or not, but when you go into sylpheed, you have to hover over a very specific part of window edge to get the scroll controls - it's not immediately obvious which part, and the part changes depending on where you are scrolled in the page.. Beforehand in sylpheed you'd just go to edge of window and scroll wheel. Not sure if this is weird interaction with sylpheed or just how new scroll mechanism works.
