Binary package hint: sylpheed

Not sure if this is by design or not, but when you go into sylpheed, you
have to hover over a very specific part of window edge to get the scroll
controls - it's not immediately obvious which part, and the part changes
depending on where you are scrolled in the page.. Beforehand in sylpheed
you'd just go to edge of window and scroll wheel.

Not sure if this is weird interaction with sylpheed or just how new
scroll mechanism works.
