Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: cherokee

I run Cherokee as as my web server, as I find it a bit easier to
maintain for a small web site, but as of late I have been getting a lot
of emails from www-data informing me of a possible segfault. Here is a
sample:

---
The Cherokee 'panic action' script, /usr/share/cherokee/cherokee-panic,
was called for pid 26853 ().

This means there was a problem with the program, such as a segfault.
However, the executable could not be found for process 26853.
It may have died unexpectedly, or you may not have permission to
debug the process.
---

The only problem is I can't find which program(s) are causing the panic
action script to start. The email has the PID, but when I get the email
the process is no longer running. So, I would like to figure out what is
causing the panic action script to run.

Any suggestions on finding out which program(s) are crashing on me? I'm
out of ideas.
