I am using oneiric, but don't have the same hardware any more.
Testing with an Apple Magic Trackpad instead, I can't reproduce this bug
on oneiric. But that doesn't really prove anything.
Best to let this bug expire I think, unless someone else still has the
same problem and adds more info in the

doesn't appear to have much activity recently. So, now that oneiric
is released and stable, this may be a good point for you to upgrade
and re-test if this issue is still present there.
