Please sync pyinotify 0.9.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

All our changes are now part of the new upstream release.

We have three patches in our package, two direct cherry picks
from the upstream source repository and one that got fixed
in a slightly different way by the upstream, different error
string when it fails to init but the same information (errno
and os.strerror).
