As noted elsewhere, Orca no longer has a forced text setup. So I can't
reproduce with the above instructions. And presumably, even if the text
setup is still accessible, it is fixed now (see previous comment).

NOTE: This does _not_ happen if I run "orca" inside gnome-terminal. But
it does still happen when I run "orca" from the "run command" dialog.
(Again, in each case, disabling orca beforehand so that I get the text
setup process).
