Notes for QA:
1. Set your browser language to russian
2. Create a payment
3. Go to the checkout page
Before the fix when going to the checkout page, the site would crash.
Now it shouldn't.
For testing this using the software-center, you should run it with the
different locale, like
LANG=ru LC_A
Hi igorsh, indeed, the bug is currently fix committed and is not yet fix

same error for me. and when I open https://pay.ubuntu.com/payment/ in
browser, I see that payments correctly adds to history with status
"Pending"
