Please sync python-lzma 0.5.3-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We already reverted our changes, might as well pick up a pointless sync so we
auto-sync again next cycle.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 0.5.3-1ubuntu2:

python-lzma (0.5.3-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Remove duplicated /u/s/d/{changelog,Changelog}.gz (Closes: #594943)
  * Bump standards-version to 3.9., no changes required.
  * Remove dh_make template from debian/watch
  * Finally package and submit for sponsoring after months.
