Public bug reported: So here is the story, My cousin downloaded Ubuntu on a disk and tried to install on his windows 7 laptop. When he asked me for help, he had somehow deleted his operating system and had realized he accidentally downloaded and installed the Ubuntu server not the O.S. I then had to wipe his Computer which deleted everything. he does not have windows or anything period. i then downloaded Ubuntu on a disk and installed it on his computer. Now everything on this seems to be running fine but underneath the connecting icon on the top of desktop, it does not list wireless connection. it only has wired network checked. The wireless network is not even on the list period. can someone please help with this big mess... thanks
