Well, so we need someone to valac as a dependency to the anjuta package.
Valac appears not to be too big, so that should not be a big memory
issue.

It's more like: "Ubuntu should take care to have the required
dependencies of anjuta are installed!". If you build anjuta from source
the vala plugin won't be build if vala isn't installed as it requires
libvala-0.12.
