I am experiencing a similar problem I have a raid1 array which will not
mount. Part of dmesg bellow. I can fix this by going back to kernel
2.6.38-8-generic-pae but both 10 and 11 fail.

sudo -s
xfs_check /dev/sdb6
xfs_repair -L dev/sdb6
xfs_check /dev/sdb6
xfs_repair /dev/sdb6
mkdir /tmp/sys9
mount -t xfs /dev/sdb6 /tmp/sys9
files system bug still present, but I could get my data.
I'm going to reinstall ubuntu!
