Please sync emesene 2.11.4+dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Package version is now in Debian.
There were no changes to the code in Ubuntu, so this can be synced.
Package builds fine!
