Intermittently, I find that when using multiple monitors in TwinView
mode, I am not able to move windows from the upper screen past the bar
at the top of the bottom screen. This didn't start happening until
recently.
I imagine that this could also be an issue with my graphics driver, so
I'll provide that information as well
