I haven't been able to boot into my Ubuntu partition for 3 days now.
I just get a message that says - Internal error. Gdm not found.

So far, there isn't any issues with the 2.6.26 kernel, as I've been
running Intrepid since Alpha 1.

yesterday.It rebooted the system.But the key board stopped working afterwards

bug report? I don't see anything odd in your kernel messages. What
happens if you try to switch to a console when it freezes? (i.e.

I left the computer on when I left home at about 1:50 PM local time, and
when I came back home at around 8:20 PM, it was frozen again.I powered
down and restarted it.

The messages file exists in the /var/log directory. To be able to read
the contents of the file you could use the 'cd' command to change to the
/var/log directory (cd /var/log/). Then you could use the command 'cat'
to read the contents of the file (cat messages). Then with your mouse
highlight
I got the same thing again this morning,and after restarting my
computer,I tried to find in a terminal window "/var/log and
"/var/log/messages."They both returned "Command not found."
