Hi Omar,
These used to be a similar colour in Natty when the bug was
opened. As you can see from my screenshots they are totally different in
Oneiric. As they are to different features it makes sense to use different
colours.
Can you provide an explanation as to why you think

In oneiric window snap and resize are now clearly different colours.
Which makes sense as they are different functions. Marking as invalid.

Opacity on the Grid compiz plugin fill color doesn't match the opacity
of the Resize fill color.

I can confirm that this is the case, however I don't know if they should
be the same colour. One is for resizing the window the other is for
snapping the window into place. I would think that the different colours
were done on purpose.
