That resolved my issue. I have a lot of updates, but they are running
now. I am not sure what happen or if I did something wrong, but I will
close this issue.

You can remove them all with this command:
sudo rm -r /var/lib/apt/lists/*
And then restore the 'partial' directory with this:
sudo mkdir /var/lib/apt/lists/partial

This got me to a different errot similar to the first error, but for a
different file.

Try running this and see if it clears the problem:
sudo rm
/var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_main_i18n_Translation-en
