The delete/cut/paste options are provided by GtkLabel, and I'm not sure if
there is a way to change it. If it makes sense to change it, it would be better
done at the GTK level, so it affects all applications.

I can confirm this, and also, I agree with Ben.
It is really important to open rhythmbox and hover said widget to
understand what he means.
I think this bug is easy to fix, and if no one has the time, I will try
to submit a patch.
