I have not checked Oneiric to find out if I can replicate the bug - I
didn't report it and I am using Natty with Unity 3D. I simply assigned
the report to the correct package as it was originally filed directly
against Ubuntu.

Timothy, can you please have a look at that bug and confirm whether this is
what you are experiencing? Or are tehre other cases when the menu does not
appear?
