Public bug reported:

A lot of countries use ADSL connection.
Here, in Brazil, almost 80 % of people with (high)bandwidth use ADSL.

But Ubuntu just have a command line tool to configure ADLS
connections(pppoeconf).

I saw a lot of people that doesn't start using Ubuntu(back to windows)
because they couldn't configure Internet(even with (my) support).
Pppoeconf is not easy to use for beginners, with a lot of strange
questions, and in some computers it's seems to not work fine.

I don't know if somebody will listen to me, but this is the biggest
cause of people here doesn't start using Ubuntu.

So please, add some thing that allows an easier way to configure ADSL.
This is our major problem.
