Kernel Panics Happening Randomly

I'm afraid this probably does reflect some sort of hardware problem. The
MCE error code indicates that some kind of bus transaction failed. All
the fields that indicate what type of transaction failed are indicating
generic, which is the catch-all for any type of error without and
explicit code,
Up until May this year, my computer was running Windows 7. It didn't
cause any problems until I switched to Ubuntu. I don't have a reason to
believe my hardware was damaged between running Windows and Ubuntu,
unless I somehow damaged my system while installing Ubuntu, which I
don't think is
I'm also adding dmesg.txt, as I figured it might be useful.

Amir: Can you add the kernel log messages from the panics you've been
seeing to the bug? You might find them in /var/log/kern.log. If not,
please add them from wherever you've been seeing them. Even a photograph
of your screen with the panic message displayed is better than nothing.

decode from kern.log using mcelog, and the current kern.log.
