This bug is over two years old and is filed against 11.10, which is no
longer supported. It is also a duplicate. I spent several hours today
closing over 100 old and duplicate bug reports on the bcmwl package.

I understand your frustration with the bcm4312 support. It seems a lot
of people with similar chips have the same issues.
Fixing the source code for driver versions 5.60.x is tricky because there is no
