Removal ACKd, reverse depends as in Debian all are alternate depends
with cron (which we have in main) being the first alternative.

Actually, I take this back. fcron is still maintained upstream and the
bug reports in Ubuntu don't look horrible. I think we should actually
update it rather than remove it. Bug #591813 is already open for that.
