Public bug reported:
Running an unmodified/fresh install of Ubuntu 11.04 on a i386 desktop.
Same bug happened on my laptop and a VirtualBox installation with
earlier versions.
This is a bug that is following me across several Ubuntu
installations/versions on different machines (even on VirtualBox). Every
time I need to shutdown the machine, I need to press twice the "Shut
Down" button. The first time, nothing really happens, but then in the
second time, the machine starts to power off and close the applications
immediately.
