Arrgh... I found a typo
With the right syntax of setting env vars in the pdf gets now compiled
with the local installed package.

I just realized that setting of environment variables in Makefiles is
done by another syntax:

TEXINPUTS:=.:/home/arue/Dokumente/berwerbungen/moderncv/moderncv/:${TEXINPUTS}
include LaTeX.mk
