To repair Xfce panel problem, make sure you have 2 active profiles. The one
profile will be used only for main and the other will be your backup. This
meaning that if under your main profile you lose your panels you can repair
them by, copying .config contents to your main profile hidden
Please stop randomly assigning bug reports...
And if you want your panel issue to be worked on, please file a separate bug
report against xfce4-panel.

Xfdesktop crashed after i turned
I had the same problem, to fix it I had to reload the OS, once loaded
then I installed the ubuntu-desktop. Now running the Gnome Interface,
the Xfce-interface I think has a bug in it somewhere. I even viewed the
files but according to everything I read it is suppose to work and it
still doesn't.
