Public bug reported:

When eog is open in full screen mode, and the image viewed is modified
by another program, a notification is displayed prompting with "Reload"
and "Hide" buttons. However, pointing to the "Reload" button results in
a toolbar appearing partially over the prompt and hiding the button. See
attached screenshot for details.
