- this package should be demoted to universe. It's expected to happen

Given that it seems there is a failing test (but not relevant test --
it's an example test that nosetest is pulling in), it is technically non
trivial to enable tests. I'd like to see it happen if possible, but
it's not a blocker, since dingus is so dormant (same version since
Lucid, no bugs) and
(Also enable tests please)

python-dingus is a dep of python-stompy which is a dep of python-carrot
(which was only ack'd for main this cycle). If the testsuite requires
additional work to be enabled as zul suggested, is it a MIR blocker?

I had a look at the tests and it doesnt look like its worth enabling
them because python-carrot is going to be replaced by the upstream
openstack developers soon.

Looks fine except that it uses python-support. As dh_python2 is a
release target, I'll block acceptance on that. Should be a simple
conversion.
It would also be nice to see an Ubuntu bug subscriber, but that's not a
blocker.
