Not sure whether this belongs here, but I thought that it should work.
DivX, mp3 detection - good, suggested gstreamer plugins and worked in no
time.
$file test.vmw
test.vmw: Microsoft ASF
When I open it, Totem starts to play it but video is black, sound is ok.
There's other file, test2.vmw (also Microsoft ASF) - Totem opens it and
after few seconds closes without errors (no crash reports).
sudo apt-get install vlc
VLC opens both these files without problems.
I don't know whether MS ASF should be detected and installed
automatically because of proprietary issues, but I thought you should
know.
