Title:
appmenu-qt does not track whether the menubar
This bug is fixed in the upcoming version 0.2.2 of appmenu-qt, but this
version is based on the latest menubar Qt patch. I mark the bug as
affecting Qt for this reason.
Shipping the latest patch is a good idea anyway as it is closer to what
will be in Qt 4.8, reducing our differences with upstream
