It would be nice if the quicklist for "Check for Updates" was in the
static quicklist for U-M.

Right now I have u-m on my launcher. If I want to quickly check for
updates I can't just right click on the icon and check, I have to launch
u-m first then right click to get the quicklist. But since I have to
launch u-m anyway I can just click the button on the main UI, making the
existing quicklist redundant.

What I think should happen is this:

Right click, check for updates, this launches something like "update-
manager --check-only". If there are no updates, quit gracefully. If
there are updates then launch u-m.
