Public bug reported: The Restart/Reboot command is missing from the Indicator-Session Menu.
Users are forced to use the Shutdown command and choose restart from the confirmation popup. Many users suppress the unnecessary confirmation popups for the Indicator-Session menu. Restart should be listed in the Indicator-Session menu.
