Public bug reported:

The Restart/Reboot command is missing from the Indicator-Session Menu.

Users are forced to use the Shutdown command and choose restart from the
confirmation popup. Many users suppress the unnecessary confirmation
popups for the Indicator-Session menu. Restart should be listed in the
Indicator-Session menu.
