they are correct with regards to the plural form, yes,
Matthew: inconsistent here means that the strings are almost identical.
If they were, we would not need to translate them twice. Can they be
made identical, or that little difference really means so much?

To my untrained eye, the first two pairs look like they're correctly set
up as plural forms: they're both using gettext.ngettext(). What do you
mean by "inconsistent"?
"ETA: %s" shouldn't be in the UI at all. It looks like it's used only in
the GTK2 UI, so maybe it can just be removed.
